5-2-1-0 Let's Go! Healthy Workplace Toolkit

  • The Let's Go! Healthy Workplace Toolkit focuses on increasing movement at work, increasing healthy eating at work, and supporting healthy families. The toolkit uses a common message of 5-2-1-0, which represents 5 or more fruits and vegetables, 2 hours or less recreational screen time, 1 hour or more of physical activity, and 0 sugary drinks (more water and low fat milk).

  • Designed to help employers and employees integrate movement and healthy eating into the work day.

Blue Cross & Blue Shield: Condition Kits

  • Condition Kits provide the tools and instructions necessary to launch an informative, interactive health campaign to create awareness among employees.  Kits include a month-by-month plan equipped with preventative and informative materials, helpful tips, special program offers, and event ideas.

  • The condition kits are available for several different topics, including diabetes, nutrition & fitness, and heart disease.

National Alliance for Nutrition and Activity: Healthy Meeting Toolkit

  • The Healthy Meeting Toolkit is intended for anyone that holds meetings and conferences.  The toolkit addresses the four topic areas of nutrition, physical activity, tobacco-free, and sustainability.

SuperTracker Worksite Wellness Toolkit

  • SuperTracker is a free, online food and physical activity tracker developed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion. The toolkit provides information on how SuperTracker can be used by worksite wellness coordinators to help employees choose a lifestyle that supports healthy eating and physical activity, reduce risk of chronic disease, and manage weight.

Steps To Wellness: A Guide to Implementing Physical Activity Guidelines in the Workplace

  • The Steps to Wellness is a tool kit that helps employers create or expand wellness programs by increasing the physical activity of employees.  The toolkit has seven steps and provides an overview of the Physical Activity Guidelines, suggestions on how to create a wellness culture, examples of what other companies have done, and resources to establish or strengthen a wellness program.

StairWELL To Better Health

  • StairWELL to Better Health provides information necessary to transform stairs into StairWELLS for better health.  The toolkit addresses stairwell appearance, motivational signs, installing music, tracking stair usage, etc.
